The Armand de Brignac Blanc de Blancs reveals so much about the unique terroir of Champagne. The 100% Chardonnay cuvée is crafted from fruit sourced from both thetraditional Chardonnay territory, the Côte des Blancs, and almost half of the blend fromChardonnay sourced from Montagne de Reims. The resulting Blanc de Blancs has apowerful acidity and lightness, elegantly balanced with suppleness and roundness.

TASTING NOTES
Amber gold in colour, the first nose reveals toasted notes, then secondary notes
of pastry, pineapple, orange blossom, almond and white flowers. Creamy,
complex and long, the palate shows complex layers of honey, orange blossom,
apricot, pineapple and raisins. The bead is delicate and finish very long.

為追求卓越及更臻完美，釀酒師選擇在 2009 年將一小部分 Blanc de Blancs 裝配在一個 更大的瓶子中，研究它的演化和陳釀過程。Blanc de Blancs in Magnum 在 2016 年 5 月 25 日被取出之前，已在法國香檳區酒窖中的酒桶中陳釀了七年，其後為了進一步熟成更 使用軟木塞再放置兩年之久;因此釀成複雜和深度俱備的佳釀，帶有烤餅、菠蘿、橙花和 杏仁的香氣，餘韻悠長。
