Pinot Noir (Rose)
The grape used to make the great red Burgundy wines and as the base for many Champagnes is a temperamental variety, which grows only in the best terroirs. It appreciates cooler climates, and when well worked and vinified produces vibrant wines of elegant, seductive, almost sensual (raspberry, mulberry, cherry, prune) fruit. Excellent for making white (as the base of sparkling wine), rosé or red wines.

A palate of deep elegant intensity."

No. 1 by Spirito DivinoAugust · September 2012

The nose has great impact, remarkably elegant and complex, with hints of raspberry. The palate is delicate, vibrant and fresh. This is a classy rosé – a strong character.
